One of our female tortoises is actually from Africa.  

Our four male tortoises must be separated or they will fight and flip each other over.

When it is cold outside the tortoises must be locked in their houses with a heat lamp. 

They love to eat cactus.  

Porter is our largest tortoise. He is over 40 years old and weighs over 100lb.
