Specifically trained SERVICE ANIMALS are always welcome. It is a crime to represent your pet as a service animal when specific training has not been provided. A police officer will check in all service animals at the front entrance.

Yes, you can bring snacks and drinks. NO ALCOHOL!

Will I be able to pet/feed the animals?

Our animals are free to roam the entire ranch so we cannot fully control if they will be by the pumpkin patch area at all times. We do try our hardest to have most of our animals around so you will be able to see them and feed them through the fence. Some of those animals include American bison, camel, cattle, zebra, white buffalo, water buffalo, donkeys & lamas.

You will be able to purchase a bucket of animal feed & feed some animals through the fence.

Which animals willl I see at the pumpkin patch?

We will have most of our animals outside the fence eating on a big bale of hay so you should be able to see them. Some of those animals include American bison, camel, cattle, Llama, zebra, white buffalo, water buffalo, donkey. Unfortunately you will not be able to tour the area where our kangaroos and lemurs live.

What if I bought a ticket but need to switch the day I am coming or cannot come?

You can transfer your ticket date from your confirmation email. No cash refunds will be provided at anytime. Should the pumpkin patch close, we will email individuals with existing tickets a code to rebook for a later date.

Can tickets be purchased at the door?

Yes, but tickets may sell out, so we strongly recommend purchasing ahead of time. If tickets are still available when you arrive, a link will be provided so you can quickly buy them on your phone before entering.

How do I reach you with more questions?
